Mr Denny Lin was called to the Singapore Bar in 2021 and holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Singapore University of Social Sciences. Mr Lin also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Recording Arts with 1st class Honours from Middlesex University, a Diploma in International Arbitration, and a Specialist Diploma in Relationship and Marital Counselling. Mr Lin was an Associate Lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic and had more than 20-years of experience in the education sector alone.

Mr Lin previously held the senior management position of Legal General Manager in a Singapore Law Firm prior to joining INTEGRO LAW CHAMBERS LLC in 2021. Over the recent 9 years between years 2013 and 2022, Mr Lin personally handled close to 10,000 conveyancing transactions as a paralegal. In year 2018 alone, Mr Lin handled a total of 2861 conveyancing cases, 1800 of which were HDB Retail cases and 1061 were Private Property cases. The highest quantum case in year 2018 alone was for a $22-Million transaction. Mr Lin previous law firm also attained the Straits Times Singapore’s Best Law Firms award in year 2021 in the conveyancing category, and Integro Law attained Singapore’s Best Law Firms award in years 2022 and 2023 in the family law category.

Mr Lin had handled cases from many local and overseas Banks and financial institution(s), and has expertise in the more complex end of the conveyancing spectrum and this includes, properties under trust, part-share purchases and sales, transfer of properties, transactions pursuant to Court Orders, purchase of recess areas, amalgamation of lands, transactions involving shop-houses or mixed-use developments, transactions involving bankrupts or the Official Assignee, administration of a deceased’s estate, etc.

On the family law front, Mr Denny Lin had handled a myriad of cases including contested custody care and control of children matters, divorce and its ancillary matters, division of matrimonial assets, personal protection order (“PPO”) trials, enforcement of maintenance trials, committal trials, probate, letter of administration, family dispute litigation, mediations and negotiations. He is also familiar with matters involving international law, China (PRC) law, company assets and its valuation, digital-assets including cryptocurrencies, and working collaboratively with foreign lawyers dealing with international issues.

Mr Lin is also an accredited Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC), an international accredited Mediator under Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI), a certified Mediation Advocate under International Mediation Institute (IMI), and has specialist training in Collaborative Family Practice, as well as Cross-Border Family Mediation specialising in international Hague Convention Child Abduction cases.

He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
