  • LL.B. (Hons), NUS

  • Advocate & Solicitor, Singapore

  • Attorney and Counsellor at Law, New York

  • Accredited Principal Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC), Family Panel

  • Adjudicator at Financial Industry Dispute Resolution (CEDR)

Angelina has extensive experience in the legal field. In the early years of her career, Angelina was an established litigator, handling high value corporate disputes. She was a District Judge of the Family Justice Courts, from 2009 to 2016, during which she was part of the team which set up the Child Focused Resolution Centre. The CFRC provides counselling or mediation early to help the parties focus on the best interests and welfare of their children when making decisions on care arrangements.

She has a wealth of experience mediating complex issues relating to child custody involving difficult issues of international relocation and allegations of child abduction, as well as all financial issues relating to divorce. She saw first-hand how mediation couples resolve their issues and minimise the negative impact of divorce on families. She was deeply inspired to encourage couples thinking of divorce to mediate their marital issues, even before they go to the courts. Angelina hopes to influence a change in mindset and promote mediation as the default first stop for most couples contemplating divorce, wherever possible and beneficial, to avoid unnecessary contestation and litigation.

  • LL.B. (Hons), NUS

  • Advocate & Solicitor, Singapore

  • Montrose Memorial Prize for the joint-top student in Jurisprudence

  • Distinction in Family Law Practice (Part B, Singapore Bar Examinations)

After training in commercial litigation and arbitration, Dylan felt the pull to build his practice in an area of law which could serve the community and impact people’s lives. Thus, Dylan joined Integro to pursue his passion in family law. In family disputes, Dylan endeavours to help his clients resolve their matters amicably, to minimise any adverse impact on the children and the parties, by aligning with Integro’s practice of engaging in extensive pre-writ negotiations, without prejudice meetings and mediation. However, if an amicable resolution is not possible, Dylan has experience acting for clients in the Court process.

Dylan has assisted in various matters, from child relocation cases, to hearings at the High Court (Appellate Division). He has acted as lead counsel in appeals at the High Court, mediation sessions at the Child Focused Resolution Centre, ancillary matters hearings and an MSS enforcement trial at the Family Justice Courts. Apart from divorce and annulment matters, Dylan has represented clients in adoption, letters of administration and grant of probate proceedings, and has prepared wills and prenuptial agreements for clients.
